Parameters:

scheduler - Scheduler

version - Version of the plugin

name - Name of the plugin

resourceId - Spigot resource id

url - Download url of the plugin. Not the api url

prefix - Prefix of the updater

api - The url of the api. If set to null it will use the spigot api
